The restaurant is one of the key pieces of Tierras de Cebreros, where everything pays tribute to the land of Avila where it is based. Like in the winery, where the indigenous varieties garnacha and albillo real are vinified, local products are prioritized in the kitchen, proximity miles, dignifying the work of ranchers, farmers and all kinds of local producers.
Tierras de Cebreros takes advantage of the synergies of the products, of the companies and of the professionals that are part of Ávila Auténtica, supporting local products of high quality and not yet well known. The menus, defined as “traditional signature cuisine “, give us such exquisite products like, among others, black veal from Avila, eggs from Barraco or cheese from Cebreros. Succulent cured meats and local fruits complete this gastronomic offer, whose perfect marriage are the wines form our winery.
Cafe / Bar.
On the upper floor of the complex there is a perfect place for meetings and relaxed chats. Overlooked by a spectacular mural of the Burgalés José Vela Zanetti painter, the room combines the functions of bar, cafeteria, and social lounge.
Its different bar areas, high tables and comfortable couches are designed to enjoy both the moments before or after meal or dinner with friends, family, or in a couple. Its design and decoration are in line with the same idea of comfortable elegance that makes up the entire wine complex. Added to the restaurant, the hotel, the winery and the museum, completes a unique set that turns the visit of Tierras de Cebreros into an enriching life experience.
