Sursum Corda, 100% garnacha 4 months oak aged
To make this wine we use medium-aged vines, which, as well as adding fruit to the wine, also allow a certain desired concentration due to aging in barrels. The careful selection helps to separate the unripen grapes and use only those that are optimally ripe. Fermentation is spontaneous, with native yeasts; then it continues its maceration with skins, for approximately 12 days. The process ends with aging in French and American oak barrels.
