In Tierras de Cebreros, we make wines, we do not manufacture them. For this young Garnacha wine we use the most recently planted vines in order to achieve a greater presence of fruit and liveliness in the sensations of the wine. Fermentation is spontaneous, with native yeasts; then it continues its maceration with skins, for approximately 8 days.
